Psoriasis: Does the evaluation for the treatment usually require evidence?

I do not work, but we should see a dermatologist for inverse psoriasis by what can only afford ~ $ 200. Is this evaluation for the treatment usually require more tests or a doctor may you prescribe something for me after the visit? – It's fine, but did not answer my question for the evaluation of treatment include usually tested?

To begin, psoriasis is now considered an autoimmune disease where the body cascade of mediators of inflammation is caused by an unknown antigen (s). A side effect of these agents is to bring inflammatory cells to the skin hyperproliferate. Therefore, salaries are against the production of inflammatory agents. In inverse psoriasis, the lesions tend to be in the "sensitive" areas, so generally topical agents softer can be used with success. Agents such as Elidel and Protopic ointment are used, often with good results. In these cases, I see no reason blood tests to be done. However, if no response to topical therapy and systemic agents (pills or injectables) have to do, so blood tests are necessary, usually to check your liver and blood counts.
