Let me describe my first case of psoriasis symptoms:

• Chronic psoriasis of the scalp
• Small spots on the face and body
• Increased susceptibility to drought
• Increased sensitivity to odors (perfumes, deodorants and other products Cosmetics

I decided to make a pure "blood" Diet:

Wake up: 2 cups water

Breakfast: Fruit and vegetables only (excluding citrus and tropical – no kiwi, oranges, etc.)
In most of my apples fruit juices and vegetables in the morning -, pears, carrots, cucumbers, beets and celery all found their way to my blender.

Lunch green salad or steamed vegetables (steamed vegetables are best if you have a sensitive stomach) with lemon and olive oil oil sesame + rice (rice mixed white and brown for better taste).
Night shade vegetables are not allowed (tomatoes, potatoes, eggplant).

Tea: chamomile or green tea (without sugar *, you can put in a little honey)

Collations applesauce (no sugar *), rice cakes dipped in olive oil or almond butter, fruit (no dried fruits because they contain different additives).

Dinner: fish or chicken cooked organic farm in lemon, ginger, oil, fresh herbs olive oil or garlic.
+ Vegetables steamed.

Alcohol, milk, coffee, sugar, wheat or without gluten-free products are not allowed.

Eat at regular times and do not skip meals. Do not let your blood sugar in the blood drop of blood.
Try to do regular daily exercise (walking is OK)
Drink at least 8 glasses of water per day.
